Partner, Director of Underwriting
Nate Jones considers himself to be the "insurance nerd" of our company.​ He is a graduate of Indiana State University where he majored in Insurance and Risk Management.

Before starting Blue Lake Brokerage, Nate worked on numerous sides of the insurance industry as an Underwriting Manager, Risk Management Consultant, and Insurance Agency Owner.

He currently holds some of the most respected designations in the industry:
- CPCU (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter)
- ARM (Associates in Risk Management)
- CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist)
- AU (Associates in Underwriting).
Kyle Starnes
Partner, Director of Insurance
Kyle Starnes spent his last 10 years in management of a major insurance company. He brings over 10 years of management and operations experience. Kyle is the machine that keeps our company operating efficiently and quickly. ​
